The Servonix device range

PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, power and connectivity — a coherent range designed to work together, or drop into what you already run.

Our craft

Engineered to be designed in.

Every device shares a common I/O philosophy, a documented protocol set, and a 10-year spares commitment — so what you design in today, you can still buy in 2035.

Why us

Every device ships with

01

48-hour burn-in

Every unit runs powered and cycling for 48 hours at temperature before it's allowed near a packing crate.

02

10-year spares

We commit to spares and drop-in replacements for ten years from a product's last ship date. Designed-in stays buyable.

03

Real documentation

Wiring, registers, protocols and firmware notes — the documents your panel builder and SI actually need, not a marketing PDF.

Process

How a device is made

Every unit follows the same path from board to burn-in — that's why the ten-thousandth measures like the first.

  1. 1

    Board & build

PCBs are populated and inspected, enclosures fitted, and firmware flashed to the released version — each unit serialised and logged.

  2. 2

    Burn-in

48 hours powered and cycling at elevated temperature. Marginal units fail here, in our building — not on your line.

  3. 3

    Final test & ship

Every I/O point, every comm port, every output is functionally tested against a script before the unit is sealed, documented and packed.

Looking after it

After it ships

Firmware updates, register maps, application notes and a direct support line — for the life of the device, not just the warranty.

Testimonials

What plant and project engineers say

“Their drive sizing was the first time a vendor actually asked about our load instead of reading a catalogue number. Cycle time dropped 14%.”
Vikram IyerPlant Manager, packaging
“We retrofitted four obsolete-PLC machines with Servonix. Same machines, controls we can finally support — and they planned it around our shutdown.”
Anita SalunkeEngineering Head, textiles
“EdgeLink showed us our real downtime in a week. Turned out our 'machine problem' was a changeover problem. That one dashboard paid for itself.”
Suresh PillaiOperations, food processing

FAQ

Questions engineers ask us

Do your devices work alongside our existing PLCs and drives?

Yes. Our controllers, I/O and gateways speak the common industrial protocols — Modbus, OPC-UA, Profinet and serial — so they drop into a mixed-vendor plant. EdgeLink in particular is designed to bridge old and new.

What's the warranty, and what happens if a device fails?

Every device carries a 24-month warranty. If it fails in normal service we repair or replace it, and because we manufacture in Pune, a replacement can often ship same or next day — no customs, no long wait.

What if a product goes end-of-life — can we still get spares?

We commit to spares and drop-in replacements for ten years from a product's last ship date. If a unit is ever unavailable, we provide a compatible equivalent. Designed-in stays buyable.

Can you build hardware under our own brand?

Yes — OEM and private-label manufacturing is a core part of what we do. Your enclosure, label and optionally firmware, built and burned-in on our floor. We'll prototype before any volume commitment.

Do you only sell devices, or do you do engineering too?

Both. Beyond catalogue devices we design and build control panels, program PLCs and HMIs, engineer drive and motion systems, and commission complete solutions on site.

Where are you based, and do you support sites outside Pune?

Design and support are in Kharadi, Pune; manufacturing and burn-in in Bhosari. We support sites across India through field engineers and remote diagnostics, and ship devices nationwide.

Got a line that can't afford to stop?

Send us the device, the panel, or the problem. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit — and quote a real lead time.
