Service 01 of 07 · Control Panel Design & Build

A panel that's wired right is invisible. A panel that isn't costs you every shift.

Custom control and PLC panels, designed, wired and tested to standard.

Most control problems on a new line aren't software — they're a panel that was wired in a hurry, mislabelled, or under-rated for the ambient.

We treat the panel as a product: a clean schematic, a thought-through general arrangement, proper segregation, the right protection, and labelling your maintenance team can follow at 2am.

Every panel is factory-tested against its I/O list before it leaves the building, so commissioning is about the process — not about chasing wiring faults.

Stage by stage

What we actually do

01

Design

We draw the schematic and general arrangement, size protection and thermals, and agree the layout with you before metal is cut.

02

Build

Components mounted to DIN rail and back-plate, wired and ferruled to standard, every conductor labelled.

03

Test

A full factory acceptance test against the I/O list — every input, output and interlock proven.

04

Document

As-built schematics, BOM, and a labelled photo set handed over with the panel.
