A program is only as good as the cases it's been tested against. Anyone can make a line run on a good day; the value is in the logic that handles the jam, the e-stop, the half-finished batch and the operator who pressed the wrong button.

We program defensively, simulate the sequence before we're on site, and design HMI screens around what the operator needs to see — not around what's easy to draw.

Everything is commented, version-controlled and handed over, so you're never hostage to the one person who wrote it.

Stage by stage

What we actually do

01

Capture

We document the real sequence, interlocks and exceptions with your team before writing a line of code.

02

Develop

Logic in ladder or structured text, commented and structured so the next engineer can read it.

03

Test

Simulated against the sequence — including the failure cases — before we touch the line.

04

Handover

Commented program, HMI source, and documentation, version-controlled and yours.
