A drive bolted in and left on defaults will run — badly. It'll overshoot, hunt, trip on a fast decel, or quietly waste a third of its energy.
We size the drive and motor to the actual load and duty, build the motion profile around your cycle, and tune it on the real machine. The result is faster cycles, accurate positioning, and drives that don't nuisance-trip.
Where it makes sense, we'll also show you the energy case — regeneration, right-sizing, and standby — which on a multi-drive line often pays for the work.
