These terms govern the use of the Servonix Automation website and the purchase of devices and services. This is placeholder copy for the demo.
1. Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for the period stated and are subject to a confirmed purchase order. Scope, tolerances, pricing, and lead time are governed by the order acknowledgement.
2. Intellectual property
Drawings and designs you share remain yours and are treated as confidential. We do not reuse client-specific tooling or designs for other customers.
3. Liability
We manufacture to the drawing and specification provided. Liability is limited to repair, replacement, or credit of non-conforming parts.
4. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued ordering means you accept the current version.
