Designed for Indian conditions
Wide-input power, 55°C panel ratings, conformal-coated boards. We design for brownouts, dust and heat because that's where our devices live.
Automation devices, engineered in India.
Servonix designs and manufactures PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, sensors and IIoT gateways — built in Pune, rated for Indian power and Indian heat, and backed by engineers who pick up the phone.
Burned-in before it's boxed.
48 hours powered, cycling, and hot — every unit, every time. Weak hardware fails in our building, not on your line.
Spares you can still buy in ten years.
Designed-in stays buyable. A ten-year spares commitment on every product we ship.
Running on Servonix devices
Who we are
For fifteen years Servonix has built automation hardware for factories that measure downtime in lakhs per hour. Every PLC, drive and gateway is designed in-house, burned-in before it ships, and supported by the same people who engineered it — no overseas ticket queue, no week-long wait for a replacement card.
More about usWhy Servonix
Automation hardware lives a hard life — vibration, dust, voltage swings, 50°C panels. We engineer for that life, not for a datasheet.
Wide-input power, 55°C panel ratings, conformal-coated boards. We design for brownouts, dust and heat because that's where our devices live.
When you call, you reach the people who designed and built the device — not a distributor reading a script three borders away.
Boards you can service, spares we stock for a decade, and documentation that lets your team troubleshoot. Hardware should outlive the warranty.
A failed card can ship same-day from our facility. No customs, no eight-week ocean freight, no 'currently unavailable'.
The device range
PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, power and connectivity — a coherent range designed to work together, or drop into what you already run.
Compact programmable controller for machine and process control.

Engineering
Beyond catalogue devices, our engineering team designs, programs, builds and commissions complete control solutions.
Custom control and PLC panels, designed, wired and tested to standard.
Application programming for Servonix and third-party PLCs and HMIs.
Sizing, integration and tuning of VFDs and servo motion.
Connect, monitor and report on lines old and new with EdgeLink and SCADA.
Flagship platform
EdgeLink is our industrial IoT gateway and dashboard: it speaks to PLCs old and new, pushes live machine data to a browser, and runs on the shop floor without a cloud dependency.
Process
A clear, engineer-led path — so you always know what's specified, what's built, and what's been proven.
We learn your application, sequence, environment and constraints — on a call or on your floor.
We propose the devices and architecture, with a firm BOM, a real lead time, and the trade-offs spelled out.
Devices are manufactured, panels wired, programs written, and everything burned-in and tested before dispatch.
Our engineer is on site (or on a screen-share) until the line runs your sequence and makes good output.
Spares, firmware, register maps and a direct line — for the life of the hardware.
In the field
A few representative deployments — the application, what we supplied, and what changed.
Replaced an obsolete imported PLC across a stamping line, planned into a single shutdown.
Closed-loop servo tension control that cut film breaks dramatically.
Connected 22 machines and surfaced real downtime reasons in weeks.
Inside the works
Design, assembly, burn-in and final test — from our Pune facility.
Testimonials
“Their drive sizing was the first time a vendor actually asked about our load instead of reading a catalogue number. Cycle time dropped 14%.”
“We retrofitted four obsolete-PLC machines with Servonix. Same machines, controls we can finally support — and they planned it around our shutdown.”
“EdgeLink showed us our real downtime in a week. Turned out our 'machine problem' was a changeover problem. That one dashboard paid for itself.”

Every Servonix device carries a 24-month warranty. If it fails in normal service, we repair or replace it — and if a designed-in unit is out of stock, you get a drop-in equivalent. No RMA maze, no 'end of life' surprises.
FAQ
Specs, support, lead times and compatibility — answered plainly.
Yes. Our controllers, I/O and gateways speak the common industrial protocols — Modbus, OPC-UA, Profinet and serial — so they drop into a mixed-vendor plant. EdgeLink in particular is designed to bridge old and new.
Every device carries a 24-month warranty. If it fails in normal service we repair or replace it, and because we manufacture in Pune, a replacement can often ship same or next day — no customs, no long wait.
We commit to spares and drop-in replacements for ten years from a product's last ship date. If a unit is ever unavailable, we provide a compatible equivalent. Designed-in stays buyable.
Yes — OEM and private-label manufacturing is a core part of what we do. Your enclosure, label and optionally firmware, built and burned-in on our floor. We'll prototype before any volume commitment.
Both. Beyond catalogue devices we design and build control panels, program PLCs and HMIs, engineer drive and motion systems, and commission complete solutions on site.
Design and support are in Kharadi, Pune; manufacturing and burn-in in Bhosari. We support sites across India through field engineers and remote diagnostics, and ship devices nationwide.
Send us the device, the panel, or the problem. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit — and quote a real lead time.
