Tension control for film winding
Closed-loop servo tension control that cut film breaks dramatically.
Frequent film breaks were scrapping product and stopping the line. We re-engineered the winding section with closed-loop SXservo motion and proper tension control, then tuned it on the machine. Breaks fell sharply and edge quality improved.
