Stamping line PLC retrofit
Replaced an obsolete imported PLC across a stamping line, planned into a single shutdown.
The line's controller was end-of-life with no supportable spares. We pre-built a Servonix SX-9 control package, simulated the full sequence off-line, and executed the swap inside the plant's weekend shutdown. The line restarted Monday on supportable hardware with documented logic.
